Kaagaz keeps your important papers in one safe place, as simply as sending a message.

Take a photo of a paper, and Kaagaz files it. Need it later? Type or say what you want, and it comes right back. No folders to hunt through, no complicated menus.

Made for everyone who finds apps confusing, with big buttons and clear words.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Save a document by photo or PDF, then confirm with one tap
• Find anything by typing or speaking, in Hindi or English
• Search across all your documents and folders
• Zoom in to read, print, or share a document
• Create folders for a person or purpose, such as "Papa's heart treatment", with optional tags like Identity, Bank & Pension, Medical, Insurance, Bills, Property & Legal
• Deleted something by mistake? It goes to the Bin first, and you can undo
• Add family helpers you can call or message from inside the app
• Switch between Hindi and English any time

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your documents are encrypted on your phone with a key that never leaves it
• The app is locked with your PIN, and optionally your fingerprint
• Works offline. Cloud backup is optional
• Backed-up documents stay encrypted. Only your five-word recovery code can unlock a backup, so write it down and keep it safe
• Sharing a warning before you send ID or bank papers helps protect you from fraud

SHARED FOLDERS
You can share a folder with family so everyone can view and add documents. Please note: documents in shared folders are not end-to-end encrypted. They are protected by standard cloud encryption and access rules, and members of the folder can read them. Your personal documents are not affected.
