Ratings and reviews

Simply doesn't work. Absolutely none of the "features" of the app seem to work at all. Account sign up? Button doesn't do anything. "Speedy" check in? Just "an unexpected error occurred". Also appears to be a long running issue. Not sure what the point is of marketing an app that clearly hasn't worked in years.

Unable to manage booking at all. Offer free cancellation but then mysteriously the booking can't be managed on the app or on the website due to errors. No way to speak to anyone on the phone, no response to helpdesk case. Just a booking with"free cancellation" that they make impossible to cancel. Scam company.

App does nothing on payment page. I've filled out the payment details correctly, but no matter how many times I try, pressing the actual "Book" button does nothing. Hence I've booked 2 weeks in a different hotel, because nothing about easyHotel is every actually easy.
