Easy Management is the personal app for those who work in the field: cleaning staff, construction workers, gardeners, demolition workers… It brings together in one place what is usually scattered across papers, text messages, and multiple apps: your work locations and your day, but also your overtime, vacation time, monthly budget, vehicles (both your company car and your personal vehicle), and your documents.

Work for a company that doesn't have an app? This is exactly what you need. Easy Management is YOUR notebook, right at home: no team, no boss, no chat, no inventory. Just what simplifies your life, on your phone, even without a network connection.

Choose your profession, the app adapts. Cleaning, construction, gardening, demolition, or other: the app takes on the look and feel of your business. Customizable at any time.

Daily Log
Today's planned locations, in order. For each visit: "Done," notes, time, photos. Route (Waze, Google Maps), entry code, contact information. Any additional tasks are confirmed with a report; the history of issues is shared in a report.

Locations (construction sites, gardens, etc.)
Name, client, address, entry code, contact information, days visited, tasks, notes, photos, history. Archive completed tasks.

Hours and Absences
Overtime hours month by month, with the total; vacation, sick leave, and absences: current, upcoming, past.

Working in pairs: QR code pairing
Working in pairs? Each person keeps their own Easy Management account; a QR code is all it takes to share the route (locations, visits, trash collection, waste disposal) and inventory. The other partner never sees your budget, hours, or documents.

Multiple Employers
Working for two companies? Each company has its own clients, routes, trash collection, and overtime hours. Or see the whole day at a glance.

Inventory and Shopping Cart
Products, tools, machines, protective gear, with photos. As soon as only one item remains, it's added to your shopping cart for pickup.

Calendar and QR Codes
Appointments with reminders the day before and on the day itself. Partner, calendar, vehicle: one QR code to display, the other to view, access can be revoked whenever you want.

Everything works offline
In a cellar, basement, or construction site without network coverage, the app continues to function. Photos are automatically uploaded as soon as the network is restored.

Monthly Budget
Salary, overtime, rent, groceries, gas, insurance: a simple monthly budget, month by month, to keep track of your finances. The personal side of the app.

In a relationship? One budget for two, or even multiple budgets
Each person has their own app, and you share the household budget: both accounts see the same budget, with each person's share and the daily balance displayed in a graph. Add other budgets, each in its own currency (a "Vacation" budget in reais, for example).

Vehicles: your company car and your personal vehicle
The company van and your car: condition by component (oil, tires, brakes, etc.), mileage, reminders, due dates, fuel fill-ups, photos.

My Documents
Contracts, payslips, fines, invoices, vehicle registration, insurance, vehicle inspection: as photos or PDFs, with the amount and "paid."

Only you see your data. No advertising, no resale, no tracking. Delete your account at any time.

€4.99 per month or €49.99 per year. The first month is free, with no commitment. If no payment is received after 30 days, the application will be locked; your data will be retained.
