Silverton Mortgage offers mortgage customers a unique way of communicating and interfacing with their realtor and loan officer. The app can easily provide loan information and status, have push notification reminders for important dates (appraisal, closing, rate lock etc.), initiate a chat, provide all the essential details of the loan process, Mobile Capture Technology to securely upload documents, and allows consumers the ability to view and download loan documentation (approval, appraisal and closing docs).

Ratings and reviews

No link to create an account. You have to "send a one time password" in order to create an account. Should just link to loan application password. "Call Support" button doesn't work. When I finally get in, main page constantly shows loading circle on top of menu. Clicking on any of the menu options just takes me to a page where all I see is "Undefined." This app is horrible and hasn't been updated since April 2022.

Not yet as useful as just emailing the loan officer. 1. App freezes on startup every second time. 2. Data in app is not updated in real time. 3. Documents I've uploaded via the loan officer's secure link are not shown nor listed here. 4. The progress bar showing what stage of the process the loan is in is nice and works well. 5. I'd like to be able to see more detail on all the various outstanding tasks, with who or what they are waiting on. Thanks!

Installed, put in info and all i get is a blank screen with start over tab twice on the bottom of the page... unistalled and reinstalled and same thing happened.. waste of time for me trying to get this app to work!!
