Easy Scanner is a fast, completely offline document scanner for Android. Point the camera at a
page, let it find the edges, and save a clean PDF in seconds. No account, no subscription, and
no watermark stamped across your documents.

Everything happens on your phone. Easy Scanner does not request the internet permission at all,
so your documents physically cannot be uploaded anywhere.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Scan to PDF — automatic edge detection with a manual crop you can nudge, plus perspective
correction that flattens a photo taken at an angle into a square-on page.
• Batch scanning — capture page after page and compile them into a single PDF.
• ID card mode — put the front and back of a card onto one page.
• Enhancement filters — Original, Magic, B&W, Gray and Lighten, applied locally.
• Image to PDF — pick photos from your gallery, reorder them, and convert. Choose A4, Letter,
Legal, or auto-fit to the image.
• Built-in PDF reader — open any PDF on your device, zoom, jump to a page, and search its text.
• Offline OCR — extract text from a scan or an imported image, copy it, or save it as a .txt
file. The recognition model is bundled in the app, so it works in aeroplane mode.
• Folders — organise documents the way you want, and rename or move them freely.
• App lock — protect the app with a PIN or your fingerprint.
• Share and print — send a PDF or an image through the standard Android share sheet.

NO WATERMARKS, EVER

Many document scanner apps stamp a watermark on your PDF or inject their own bookmark into the
file until you pay. Easy Scanner does neither. The PDF it produces contains your pages and
nothing else.

PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION

This is not a promise, it is how the app is built. The internet permission is removed from the
manifest, which means the operating system itself will refuse any network connection the app or
its libraries might attempt. There is no advertising SDK, no analytics, and no crash reporter.
Your scans live in the app's private storage until you choose to share them.

A document scanner should be quick, private and out of your way. That is the whole design brief.
