A guided meditation in five steps.
Sit steady. Follow the breath. Scan the body. Watch the thoughts. Radiate and return. Each step is taught one point at a time, then practiced on its own — so a sitting is something you learn, not just a track you press play on.
AN INK FIGURE THAT BREATHES WITH YOU
One line-drawn figure fills and empties on the breath pattern you choose, and lights the part of the body each step is about: sitting bones, spine, diaphragm, lower belly. The third step is a body scan that travels in eight regions from the head down to the feet. Nothing to read while you sit. Just something to follow.
BREATHING EXERCISES, PACED OR FREE
Four breathing exercises: Natural, Resonance 5–5, 4–7–8, and box breathing 4–4–4–4. Each one shows its level of evidence on screen — good, limited, or none — so you choose with your eyes open. Resonance, at about six breaths a minute, is the only one the app grades good.
GUIDED, OR ON YOUR OWN
Guided: a voice, captions, and labels on the figure. On your own: only the breath, the figure and the bell — a plain meditation timer at 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes. The sitting carries on with the screen off, and you can pause or end it from the notification.
LEARN IT ONE POINT AT A TIME
Every step has a lesson: one instruction at a time, the figure lit where it matters, read it or listen to it, then practice that step alone for three minutes. It is where to start if mindfulness is new to you.
SOUND THAT FOLLOWS YOUR BREATH
The drone and the breathing pulse are generated live on your phone and follow your breath. The ambience recordings, the bell and the voice ship inside the app — nothing is streamed, nothing is downloaded. Rain, stream, wind, night forest or waves. Alpha and theta beats, binaural through headphones or isochronic on the speaker. Tunings at 440, 432 and 528 Hz. Every layer states its evidence level too, and for the tunings the app says plainly that there is none.
A MEDITATION JOURNAL THAT KEEPS ITSELF
Every sitting is recorded. A few words afterwards, if you want them. Time sat by week, month and year, your streak, and how each sitting felt. No scores, no comparisons, no leaderboard.
MADE FOR
Ten quiet minutes before sleep. A pause between two meetings. A first guided meditation if you have never sat before, or a plain meditation timer if you have sat for years. A steady daily mindfulness practice, either way.
