CALDO SYSTEM is the innovative advanced home automation energy management system that interfaces with photovoltaic panels, electric radiant heating (e-Membrane Floor/Wall or e-Quadro), domestic hot water production, forced mechanical ventilation, and all building systems in general.

The system's distinctive strength is maximizing photovoltaic self-consumption. CALDO SYSTEM is the only heating system on the market capable of increasing self-consumption from 30% (national average) to 100% during the winter season, ensuring optimal and cost-effective energy management, eliminating any maintenance costs.

Up to 100% photovoltaic self-consumption — Make the most of the free energy produced by photovoltaic panels.

Dynamic Electrical Load Control (D.E.R.® Logics) — The system uses network analyzers to monitor energy demands in real time.

Thanks to a sophisticated algorithm, heating automatically adapts to available power, assigning energy based on priorities (appliances, lights, heating) to ensure continuity of service.

Temperature Control and Zoning — Provides independent summer/winter temperature control for each room, effectively acting as an autonomous system for managing temperatures and schedules.

Consumption Accounting — Monitors and provides detailed data (hour, day, month, year) on the building's total consumption, broken down by air conditioning and other utilities, as well as monitoring self-consumption, grid transfer, and photovoltaic production.

The system is strategically positioned in the regulatory context thanks to Legislative Decree 5/26 (in force from 19 June 2026), which allows electric heating to meet renewable energy obligations for buildings in Energy Class B or higher.
