Easy Time Clock gives Admins and Employees convenient access to essential timekeeping features from their mobile devices.

Employees can clock into projects, worksites, breaks, lunches, and more. Depending on permissions enabled by the Admin, employees can also request time card changes, submit paid time off requests, and enter mileage and notes.

Admins can see who is currently clocked in, review and approve requests, and edit employee time cards.

GPS tracking and restrictions are available for clock punches.

An active Easy Time Clock account is required. Available features vary based on account settings and user permissions.

No remember password on cellphone app, if you have a long password, goodluck to you then, because you have to type in your password everytime

This new version keeps signing me out randomly. I leave the app open in the background on my phone so I wouldn't have to keep signing in. It sometimes opens up fine when I select the app from my list of open apps, but otherwise I have to enter my password once selected. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not. Definitely inconsistent. It decides at random when I should enter a password, which is ridiculous! Please fix this!

I arrive to work, clock-in. Get ready to leave, clock-out. It's all done on my phone through this app. This app only allows my employer to record my hours. I have to be within x-amount of feet from the building before it will allow me to clock-in/out. I also clock-in/out for the lunch break. At the end of the pay period I get my pay from the employer. This is so convenient. When the lunch bell rings I get to skip the line at the manual time clock. I can't think of anything easier than E.T.C. 💙
