Worked great until this latest update now it says it has a problem processing my payment information which is weird considering the fact that it has accepted all of my payments until this last update? Now I'm starting to wonder if this app has been hacked and my personal information compromised.

Was a great app until the last update and now asks for a pin on the home screen - don't think I setup a pin in the previous version. There should be a way to retrieve/reset passwords and pin, which there isn't- super frustrating. Uninstalled until these issues are resolved.

It is great and convenient...when login is working, which appears to be not anymore. It asks for a pin I never created. So I decided to reset password; my username is not recognized. So I create an account and my username already exists? I am so stuck. Uninstalling, and going back to writing checks. 😑

Requires that I sign up instead of supporting single sign on (Sign in with Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.). Also needs a guest giving option which ties in to Android Pay instead of requiring an account.

Their app is limited. For being one of the more expensive online giving options for churches, I'd expect a better app.

Didn't take American express and can't add multiple churches. Can't even log in. Not user friendly

Doesn't give a total, just a bar graph. You have to add up everything at the end of the year. Can only donate to one charity.

Doesn't take my card You don't accept American Express?! That renders this app useless to me and I was really looking forward to paying tithe automatically. Please add American Express as an option so I can use the app.
