Suggestion: Please add an option to purchase an open ticket directly through the app. This would be far more convenient than buying tickets at the station. In many cases, passengers miss trains because of long queues at ticket counters. Allowing users to buy open tickets online would reduce congestion, save time, and prevent unnecessary inconvenience.

wrost app on play store login issues face every time ⏲️ not recommend 😕 😑 I'm using the correct phone number and password, but still getting the error error error "Username or password doesn't match." I even changed my password successfully, but the same issue continues. Despite entering the correct credentials, I am unable to log in at all. This is extremely frustrating and shows poor system performance. Kindly fix this issue a basic login system should not be this unreliable.

Here you have given an option that you want to go to the military. It has a coupon number and a press release number. Apart from that, if a normal person buys a ticket, there should also be an option and a quantity, that is, how many tickets can a person buy on one NIC. For example, if there are 10 members in a family, then they can buy 10 tickets for 10. There should be a separate decision option for each person. You can also buy 10 tickets on one card.
