Worst experience ever. Tried booking tickets and the payment was deducted from my bank account twice, yet the tickets were still cancelled showing “non-payment.” Absolutely unreliable system with no proper support or instant refund process. People trust this app with their money and travel plans, but it completely fails at basic payment handling. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Suggestion: Please add an option to purchase an open ticket directly through the app. This would be far more convenient than buying tickets at the station. In many cases, passengers miss trains because of long queues at ticket counters. Allowing users to buy open tickets online would reduce congestion, save time, and prevent unnecessary inconvenience.

I am trying to book a train ticket through the Rabta app, but I am facing an issue with the cheapest fare seats. Whenever I try to book the cheapest ticket, the app always shows those seats as already booked.
