Suggestion: Please add an option to purchase an open ticket directly through the app. This would be far more convenient than buying tickets at the station. In many cases, passengers miss trains because of long queues at ticket counters. Allowing users to buy open tickets online would reduce congestion, save time, and prevent unnecessary inconvenience.

This app no longer allows ticket purchase once the train departs from its starting station. Passengers from intermediate stations cannot book tickets during the journey, which is very inconvenient. Earlier, tickets could be purchased even a few minutes before arrival at such stations. This useful feature has been removed, reducing convenience. It feels like the railway prioritizes commission over passenger comfort by giving the ticket contract to a low graded firm.

I am using correct user number and password but its not logging me in. Its an official government platform but no one pays attention to its debuggings. Unfortunately 1st we bring our people to a digital platform and after getting all the appreciations we present this kind of team work. I have seen feedback of this apk a lot of people are going through the same issue.
