You pay 10 rupees every time you buy a ticket, whether you have this rabta app or not. In my honest opinion, this makes no sense because the app doesn’t provide real-time train schedule updates at all. It only shows a preloaded schedule pulled from a database, and nothing more. I know you'll say that we need this money for maintenance and bla bla, but this is nonsense.

Apart from that, if a normal person buys a ticket, there should also be an option and a quantity, that is, how many tickets can a person buy on one NIC. For example, if there are 10 members in a family, then they can buy 10 tickets for 10. There should be a separate decision option for each person. You can also buy 10 tickets on one card.
