CREATE PERSONALIZED FUELING PLANS
Get a personalized nutrition and drink plan for all your workouts. You can sync your TrainingPeaks workouts or routes from Strava, Komoot or RideWithGPS. EatMyRide calculates how much you need and creates a planning with the products of your choice. When you have planned your workout EatMyRide also gives you advice what to eat before and after the exercise.

GET REALTIME INSIGHTS ON YOUR GARMIN
The nutrition plan can be synced to your Garmin device to get realtime notifications during the workout. If you want to know your carb burn and intake in realtime you can use the Carbohydrate Burn / Intake Balancer on your Garmin.

SYNC YOUR ACTIVITIES AND GET INSIGHT INTO YOUR BURN AND INTAKE
After your exercise the activity is automatically synced from Strava, Wahoo or Garmin to EatMyRide. Get detailed insight into your carbohydrate burn and nutrition intake and learn how you could improve. Enhance your recovery using the personalized recovery meal advice.

Decent App but room for improvement. There needs to be more food options preloaded into the app and there seems to be a bug where the previous day populates the current days meals/snacks. I have to go through and delete them before putting something else in. It would also be nice to see a history of how I'm eating. I think you can only do that by scrolling back through the days

Paid for the premium version hoping that it would provide the functionality of a nutrition app like MFP. Supposed to allow ability to plan your own nutrition needs (as supposed to being given a nutrition plan as implied) is rendered almost unusable given the amount of time it takes to look up online to add new food nutrition info, the app database is useless. Found at least 1 sports nutrition entry which is completely wrong. Needs better nutrition integration like barcode scanner or API

Review edit Developer reached out and has resolved the subscription issue. I only cancelled as I didn't use it too much. Having said that the information on carb burn rates is really useful.
