If I could give this app a zero I would as it makes no sense at all...place orders and no responses or nothing...why offer a service if u dont plan on communicating with your customers? If your system is down just say so...its a zero for me...uninstalling...

Update. I reached out to Yaadi and they were awesome. My refund was processed. Thank you very much. Customer Service was super fast and very understanding. 5 stars. I will continue to order as they have so many delicious options to choose from!

Can you please contact us at yaadiltd@gmail.com or via WhatsApp @ 876-362-2910 so that we can have a look into this right away? as it pertains to online payments, once an order is rejected or cancelled it generally takes 3-5 business days for that refund to reflect on the customers bank statement.
