Physical Activity: To enable accurate Check-In functionality.

Camera & Storage: For uploading documents or images related to attendance.

Microphone (Optional): For optional audio entries.

Background Service: Wake lock and foreground service ensure reliable operation when the app is minimized, always with user consent.

👤 User Control & Transparency

A prominent disclosure is shown before requesting background location.

Runtime permissions are always requested before features are enabled.

Users can grant or revoke permissions anytime in system settings.

Employees may request access or deletion of their personal data via the organization’s administrator.
