The app won't take you to your account info at all. Very hard to log in and they consistently pop up a talk to an agent section in your face every few moments. Its extremely busy and not well kept. That's on the app the service i was told i would get and have in writing wasn't what was actually covered. So i am a very disappointed individual at the moment

Pro: They covered the parts under my contract as explained. So far, they are a reliable warranty company for the user. Con: My service advisor, at times, waiting on hold for 30-45 minutes before talking with an agent to get the warranty work approved. I've actually been at the service desk with my automotive advisor when this happened because it had to be approved before I could get a loaner vehicle. To make matters worse, it has taken over 30 days for the dealership to get paid.

I lock my card while traveling. This is the second time trying to use this app. I can log in, but I can not review my account. The renew button does not work. I can not find a way to manually make my payment. Please fix. I think you have a great product, and really would like to keep this product.
