Pro: They covered the parts under my contract as explained. So far, they are a reliable warranty company for the user. Con: My service advisor, at times, waiting on hold for 30-45 minutes before talking with an agent to get the warranty work approved. I've actually been at the service desk with my automotive advisor when this happened because it had to be approved before I could get a loaner vehicle. To make matters worse, it has taken over 30 days for the dealership to get paid.
