3rd world quality app. Just send me paper statements. Once I logged in to the app no information was able to be seen,just a blank screen. At least in the past, you would get digits overlapping each other, and you could somewhat guess what your balance was. Oh well, it's just thousands of dollars, and my only access to my health insurance payments is no biggie. I think they are using a DOS system so that they can be on the cutting edge of technology.

Here we go again.... I was decently surprised when they upgraded to the newest app. Last week it was working fine. I tried logging in just now and everything is blank. None of my information is in there and when I hit "submit a claim" it says my plan does not support this functionality, which is BS. I'm so tired of this company and how NOTHING works and they want documentation for EVERYTHING. If I had any say in my company's choices, I would get rid of them. There's so many better options.

11/18-Still can't login w/app. There is no option to login with biometrics in the app. The app asks for login credentials then diverts to a web browser where an error page says it isn't working. If you try to login to the website through a web browser, Login is impaired by the search box- can't select participant under the search box on mobile. Through desktop, it's similar but with a mouse you might have enough control to catch a corner. The app is useless if you can't login.
