Here we go again.... I was decently surprised when they upgraded to the newest app. Last week it was working fine. I tried logging in just now and everything is blank. None of my information is in there and when I hit "submit a claim" it says my plan does not support this functionality, which is BS. I'm so tired of this company and how NOTHING works and they want documentation for EVERYTHING. If I had any say in my company's choices, I would get rid of them. There's so many better options.

3rd world quality app. Just send me paper statements. Once I logged in to the app no information was able to be seen,just a blank screen. At least in the past, you would get digits overlapping each other, and you could somewhat guess what your balance was. Oh well, it's just thousands of dollars, and my only access to my health insurance payments is no biggie. I think they are using a DOS system so that they can be on the cutting edge of technology.

I liked the app just fine until I went to send a message to them reference to a transaction of mine. it wouldn't allow me to select why I'm messaging them so it wouldn't allow me to send them a message. I exited out and selected contact us from their menu only to get same outcome. Result was I couldn't send an important informative message.

- Receipt pre-check can now provide instant eligibility feedback for select benefit plans and debit card purchases.
- When enough information is available, you'll see confirmation that your transaction appears eligible. More complex situations may require additional review.
