The app is very slow despite its features. There is no fingerprint login, so I have to enter my ID and password every time I log in. When I download a PDF copy of my account statement, the fourth name appears in my name, and there is no way to fix this problem, and more Please resolve these issues as soon as possible so that I and many other customers can can benefit from the services provided through the app. Thank you.

"DISAPPOINTED" after today's update the app crashing.. It redirects to ebank website showing error 364.. Called customer service and guess what "I got that error because I'm not using built-in keyboard on my cell phone!! can you believe it!?..Before that (important major update😂) ebank app was working without any issue..as far as I know it never happened on any apps to force users to use their built-in keyboard I'm sure It would lower the number of online banking users.. I'm disappointed indeed
