There is an issue that arises after prolonged use, and as far as I can tell, there is no solution. It seems that a limit is imposed on users when they switch networks, which is not reasonable. Users should be able to utilize their purchased package for as long as they wish without restrictions.

As Far as I know This app is excellent in Exchanging your money from one Service to another ( E-Dahab & Zaad ) but the only thing that needs to be improved is the times that there is no staff working ( such after 1:00 PM and after 11:00 AM ) and I think it would be great if you extend your availability to whole the day or even go offline after 12:00 AM but work the rest.

useless app they only accept zaad and they don't accept edahab and the service that they told to the clients is exchange of zaad and edahab and it's not working shame on you guys
