About this app

eBrainGo is the companion app for events run on the eBrain platform. Attendees, exhibitors and front-desk staff use it at conferences, summits, expos and corporate events to follow the programme, build a personal schedule, meet people, check in with a QR badge, capture leads, keep track of travel and ask Alia, the built-in assistant, about the event.

Accounts are provided by the event organiser. There is no public sign-up: you sign in with the email address your organiser registered or invited, set a password once, and every event you are registered for appears in the app. Each event brings its own colours, logo and menu.

PROGRAMME AND PERSONAL SCHEDULE
- Browse the full programme day by day: sessions, times, rooms and speakers.
- Add sessions to My agenda and see your day at a glance.
- Create private agenda items, invite other attendees, and accept or decline their invitations.
- Save a session to your phone calendar with Add to Calendar.
- Speaker directory with bios, photos and each speaker's sessions.

NETWORKING, CHAT AND SOCIAL FEED
- Searchable attendee directory and profiles.
- One-to-one and group chat with text, photos, videos, documents and voice notes, plus reactions, replies, pinned messages, read receipts and a shared-media gallery. Private chats start as requests, so you decide who can message you.
- Event feed: post photos, GIFs and videos, mention people, like, comment and share posts into chat. Hide or report posts and block users.

CHECK-IN AND QR BADGE
- Your personal QR badge is always in the app, ready for check-in at the entrance or at a session.
- Front-desk staff scan badges to check attendees in and out, per session or for general entry, with a history of every scan.

EXHIBITOR LEAD CAPTURE
- Scan attendee badges at your stand, complete a configurable lead form and tag leads Hot, Warm or Cold.
- Works offline on the show floor and syncs when you are back online.

TRAVEL AND LOGISTICS
- Hotel booking, arrival and departure transfers and pickup points, exactly as the organiser arranged them.
- Reminders ahead of hotel check-in, arrival and departure times.

VENUE MAPS AND DOCUMENTS
- Floor plans you can tap: pick a room to see the sessions held there, or open directions in your maps app.
- Event documents, PDFs, links, FAQs, contact details and the organiser's support channels, all in one place.

ALIA, THE EVENT ASSISTANT
- Ask Alia in plain language: "When does the keynote start?", "Where is my hotel?", "Who is speaking on Tuesday?"
- Type your question or dictate it. Answers come back as cards with the details you need.

NOTIFICATIONS AND REMINDERS
- Push notifications for programme changes, chat messages, feed activity, logistics updates and organiser announcements, with an in-app inbox and per-category preferences.
- On-device reminders before the sessions in your schedule and before your travel times.

SURVEYS AND FEEDBACK
- Answer organiser surveys and feedback forms directly in the app.

GETTING STARTED
You need an invitation or registration from an event organiser who uses the eBrain platform. If you do not have one, contact your organiser. One app covers all your events: switch between them at any time. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app.

PERMISSIONS
eBrainGo asks for a permission only when a feature needs it: camera to scan QR badges and take photos, microphone and speech recognition to record voice notes and dictate questions to Alia, calendar for Add to Calendar, and notifications for reminders and updates. Location is requested only when you ask Alia for a route to the venue. You can change any permission later in your phone settings.
