[EBS Play Key Features]

- We provide a list of recommended videos based on your preferences.
- Save your favorite programs and VODs. You can access them directly from the MY menu.

[App Access Permission Guide]

* Required Permissions
Android 12 and below
- Storage: This permission is required to download EBS VOD videos and related materials, search EBS videos, post Q&A questions, and attach saved images when writing posts.

Android 13 and above
- Notifications: This permission is required to receive device notifications for service announcements, such as program schedule notifications and new VOD upload notifications for My Programs, as well as event information such as promotions and discounts.

- Media (music and audio, photos and videos): This permission is required to play VODs, search VOD videos, post Q&A questions, and attach images when writing posts.

* Optional Permissions
- Phone: This permission is required to check app status and send push notifications.

** Optional permissions must be granted to use the corresponding features. Services other than those described above can still be used without granting permission.

안녕하세요. 실제로 앱에 문제가 있습니다. 메탈카드봇 시즌2 한 편 보고 싶을 때마다 영상 길이가 2분 59초밖에 안 돼요

동영상 전체화면이 안 됨. 형편없는 앱. 심지어 회원가입 기능도 엉성함. 보안은 잘 되는걸까? 대학생이 과제로 만든 앱같음. 이게 공영방송의 공식 앱이라니 믿을 수 없음.

가끔 이용중에 앱이 꺼지는 점은 개선해 주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 메뉴 접근도가 좋아서 원하는 콘텐츠를 편리하게 이용할 수 있다는 점이 만족스럽습니다 :-)
