Doesn't send the notification. This is literally it's only job. Why is it so hard to use online banking with EBS in 2026? I've been trying to make a transfer for over a week.

This new security system often renders my account inaccesable: when logging in online I am told a notification has been send to my paired device. I open the authenticator app and nothing is there. I have the option to generate an OTP, but no where to enter it in my browser; there is simply an endless loading wheel. I close the app, refresh the page, try again... Nothing. This is ridiculous.

Actually one of the worst banking apps I have ever come across. All it does is hook/load into your regular browser. They might aswell use SMS codes instead of forcing customers use this terrible app. My first setup of this was a nightmare, so many individual mail pieces sent out to drag it on forever, which might of just been me. When it comes to general logging in, like nearly everyone else it can take a handful of attempts before you finally get in usually. Free service though so 2 stars.
