HOME CHARGING
The app pairs with the Electrify America HomeStation to let you:
● See details about your last charge
● Start and stop charging remotely
● Schedule charging
● Charge overnight or whenever your electricity costs are lowest (where available from your utility)
● Adjust charger amperage output
● Use voice commands with the app via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant
● Manage multiple chargers (up to 10)

PUBLIC CHARGING

Ratings and reviews

App is prone to errors and customer service is shoddy. For example, at one charging location (Merritt), my charging was interrupted because payment reload was unsuccessful. Customer service could not resolve the issue and blamed it on the bank issuing my credit card. They then told me to charge while using a physical credit card but I would not be reimbursed for the extra fees I would then need to pay. Ironically, I used the same credit card in question (that they blamed for their in-app error).

Half-way works most of the time: - About 1/4 chargers are broken, another 1/4 de-rated to <50kW - Paid for Pass+ but after a few days reloading broke. Support told me to use the credit card reader, but I'm not getting the discount I paid for. - NFC is weird if you also have Electrify America. At first scanning twice worked, then it stopped working entirely - Progress updates while charging were sporadic, then entirely stopped working. After stopping the app I couldn't even see the session

Application is nothing than just a map of chargers, that cannot do even navigation within app, but neither show the price at the chargers or their max speed. Session control works fine though, but no clue why I would spend money on creating that app instead of making just simple credit card payment at the charger without any additional account and prope communication channel with other navigation apps. If your gps is off it will place you close to Africa, because that's Electrify Africa app.
