MesaGo is the order-taking system for servers, designed for restaurants, cafes, and bars that want to streamline table service and manage their business from their mobile phones.

Designed to work even without internet: the server takes orders instantly, and everything automatically syncs to the cloud when a connection is available. It never freezes, and you'll never miss an order.

— WORKS OFFLINE — Take orders even if the internet goes down. The app saves everything locally and syncs in the background as soon as the signal returns.

— FAST WORKFLOW FOR THE SERVER —
• Open the table, add items with quantities and notes (e.g., "no ice").

• Mark the order as "Served" when you deliver it and forget about that table.

• Process payments or cancel in seconds. Multiple orders per table.

• See at a glance which tables are free, occupied, or already served.

— PRODUCT-BASED STOCK CONTROL —
Decide which products require inventory (e.g., beverages) and which don't (e.g., dishes). Stock is reserved when an order is taken and released if it's canceled.

— MULTI-COMPANY AND MULTI-BRANCH MANAGEMENT —
Four roles, each with its own screen:
• Server: Takes and processes orders.

• Manager: Manages the menu, stock, tables, and servers for their branch.

• Administrator: Manages users, modules, and views company reports.

• Super Administrator: Controls companies, branches, plans, and licenses.

— REPORTS AND CONTROL —
Sales by branch and period, best-selling products, table status, and daily order count. All in real time.

— SECURE —
Protected access with a username and PIN per device, automatic lockout after inactivity, and data isolation between companies.
