they have a lot of hidden charges. You always end up paying more at the end of a trip or price adjustment the next day . unfortunately the 2 main taxi companies we use they have the same tactics so there isn't many options.

Mostly very good. Easy to book and drivers are friendly. Always check the price before accepting, prices change drastically when there is reduced availability. Customer Services a very good too. I was charged twice for the same trip in October 22 where my credit card payment payment failed on the app, so I paid cash only to find I was charge on my credit card too. This took a few days to resolve. I have now received my refund. I will still be using them on my next malta trip.
