First cab driver, Waseem, drove past and cancelled the booking after calling to verify location and destination. Second driver was more than accommodating, his car needs a service but he got us back safely and in good time.

I've tried to use it twice in one day. The way there I was cancelled by all drivers, so I had to use competition app. The way back it said the waiting time was 10 minutes, however after 20 minutes, driver did not appear at all. I am sad to say, but It made me disappointed.

if i could give i would give them 0 or even minus stars. booked a taxi several times and waiting for 14 mins its okay but canceling it before coming it is not and the calling ecabs and not finding a solution nor nothing. and they do not have in app support to complain. they are the worst! taxi company in Malta. very disappointed!!!
