Only ones on the island I know of with the female driver request function which is great for some. Other than that, they they used to be the best but boy have they gone down the toilet.. Times shown are never the time you end up waiting for anymore and when you cancel because of it they still charge you a fee As someone who used to vouch for ecabs, go for Bolt.. Faster waiting times and cancelling due to long wait times doesn't incur fees

Worst ride hailing service. Most of the time it charges you more for the ride than the fee initially advertised. You can only contact support via phone call and it's very difficult to get any issues sorted. Use Uber or Bolt, prices are lower and any issue can easily be resolved through their live chat support.

The application has no streets... Does not show the route where the car is going, I book with 3 min. waiting, and came after 20min. and charge me extra for driver choice of route... I am disappointed and angry about their service. Customer has no rights, they act like bullies.
