Ordered a washing machine trolley through the App on 15th of September 2021. Today it is 29th September and I haven't received the product yet. Whenever I try contacting their support(toll free) they says they can't do anything for an order placed through the app. I tried writing several emails including their highest escalation contact mentioned in the app. No response. Please don't use this app to purchase anything. I am a new customer to Panasonic product and I think it was wrong decision.

The app needs improvement, I have a registered AC device and wanted to book service for it. The option for "Select service type" says "Select brand" and nothing else. When I'm clicking on my registered device and then booking a service shouldn't this be automatically detected?, moreover there's no option to select brand or anything there but it won't let you proceed without entering brand. Please fix this minor bug.

Bad app and bad service overall. Edit (22nd May) : writing to support team has been helpful and they immediately sent a service engineer to fix my refrigerator temporarily until the new parts arrived. The app didn't open 2 days ago, now it's working fine too. Thanks to Panasonic Mangalore and their VoC team for prompt response.
