Even after raising request, there won't be any proper response as u can cancel or reschedule it. Worst service . They will send reminder messages and calls when your AMC (1 year with purchase) with warranty included,is about to expire and after that, there won't any proper service after raising request. Useless app. It wont take to next page ..

Application is always under maintenance. I am never able to complaint or request AMC using this application. It always shows an error than application is under maintenance. This issue is happening from more than 4 months. I think Panasonic doesn't take things seriously. Poor service.

I tried to register my new split AC. After filling all details it asks to upload invoice etc. When i click on invoice it gives two option From Gallery or Taken a Picture but both are not working. Entering all the details is a waste of time. Japanese companies such as Panasonic do not have such expectations.
