Extremely disappointing experience with the app. After entering the OTP sent to my registered mobile number, the app simply gets stuck on the loading screen and does not proceed further. There is no error message, no response, and no way to access the account. This clearly indicates a serious technical flaw in the login system. Such basic functionality should work flawlessly. The issue needs immediate attention and resolution, as users cannot even log in to access their accounts. Very frustratin

Application not working, The issue has been faced by multiple customers and it seems they not even working on a fix. No login possible, After entering the OTP the application freezes. What about the people who took plans or want to register a service?

I am facing an issue while trying to log in to the Panasonic eCareWiz app. After entering the OTP received on my registered mobile number, the app does not proceed further and remains stuck on the loading screen. There is no error message displayed, but I am unable to access my account.
