About this app

Kroplan is the project and environmental study management tool for consulting teams, coordinators, and consultants.

From a single app, your team organizes work, coordinates the stages of each study, and tracks deadlines.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Manage projects and their associated studies, including responsible parties and deadlines.

• Plan the timeline for each study by stage and track its progress.

• See the status of each task at a glance: in progress, behind schedule, or completed.

• Coordinate team consultants and assign them their respective tasks.

• Record date changes with their justifications for traceability.

• Work in separate organizations, each with its own team and projects.

• Invite new coordinators and consultants with an invitation code.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Designed for consulting firms and teams that conduct environmental studies and need to have a clear and organized overview of each project's status, without scattered spreadsheets.

Kroplan keeps the whole team aligned: each person sees what they have to do and by what date, and the coordinators have the complete picture of the progress.
