This app is pretty basic like their website. Feels like one of the first apps ever made. It doesn't do much but transfer money between your accounts. Need Zelle so you can transfer to and from external accounts. Lets go Ecentral, catch up! You guys are falling way behind. Update: since my initial review, E-central has improved tremendously and exceeded my expectations. They've gotten what I complained about and more.

This app is absolutely useless. It won't even launch. All I get is a pop up saying "an error has occurred". Trying to use on Android 11. About to find a different credit union with a better working app. E-Central needs to do better.

This is probably the worst credit union ever: glitchy app and website, not many services offered at the ONE branch they have or online, it takes on hour+ just to speak with a customer service rep, they are still using covid as a lame excuse to only be open 3 days per week, and when you get there they are rude and not seem to communicate well, also they only have 2 reps working at a time, I took my money out and closed my accounts.
