This app is pretty basic like their website. Feels like one of their first app ever made. It takes so long to load, it actually takes long to do anything on this app. Recently, I had a check clear from the party sending the check on July 1st. It showed pending on July 2nd. and now the bank is closed on Friday the 3rd so now I have to wait another 3 days for it to clear in the bank. Sucks big time because I was suppose to use that money for a family gathering. Thanks a whole lot for nothing Ecent

This app is absolutely useless. It won't even launch. All I get is a pop up saying "an error has occurred". Trying to use on Android 11. About to find a different credit union with a better working app. E-Central needs to do better.

This is probably the worst credit union ever: glitchy app and website, not many services offered at the ONE branch they have or online, it takes on hour+ just to speak with a customer service rep, they are still using covid as a lame excuse to only be open 3 days per week, and when you get there they are rude and not seem to communicate well, also they only have 2 reps working at a time, I took my money out and closed my accounts.
