Noticias Colombia brings together headlines from the country's leading media outlets in one place and always takes you to the original article.
WHAT YOU'LL FIND
National and Bogotá news, politics, economy, finance, security, technology, sports, entertainment, health, and international news. Each article shows the publication and date, and opens to the original source with a single tap.
REGIONAL COVERAGE, NOT JUST BOGOTÁ
Here's the difference. In addition to national newspapers, the Regions section features press from each department: Antioquia, Valle del Cauca, Atlántico, Santander, Norte de Santander, Bolívar, Caldas, Tolima, Huila, Nariño, and Cauca. It also includes the local news channels of major newspapers, with Medellín, Cali, and Barranquilla covered separately.
If you live outside the capital, your region is no longer just a footnote.
BREAKING NEWS WHEN IT MATTERS
Get alerts for news that can't wait and a summary three times a day: morning, midday, and evening. Choose which categories to alert you about, or turn off notifications altogether. It's up to you.
READ AT YOUR OWN PACE
• Save any news story and read it later, even offline.
• Search without worrying about accents: "Bogota" finds the same results as "Bogotá."
News stories you've already read are dimmed, so you don't revisit the same topics.
• Recent search history, which you can delete at any time.
• Light, dark, or system theme, with dynamic color on Android 12 and higher.
YOU CHOOSE THE SOURCES
In Settings, you can turn off sources you're not interested in. Those you turn off stop downloading: they won't use data and won't reappear in your feed.
PROTECT YOUR DATA PLAN
You can limit background updates to Wi-Fi networks. With mobile data, the app automatically spaces out its updates and doesn't redownload everything every time you open it. News is saved on your phone, so the feed loads instantly even if you lose signal.
