The app just stopped working. It keeps saying connectivity issues. But there are no issues. I have tried it on 2 different wifi networks and the mobile data only. Everything else on my phone is connecting seamlessly and working fine. But now this app. So I checked for an update and there isn't any. I had to Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Now it is asking me to either register for a new account or change phone numbers. But this is the same phone and number! Very frustrating to paying clients

The new updated app is a great improvement, love the UI, the fonts, appearance of receipts and how responsive the app is, this is a major step forward. Only complain is why electricity usage, meter balance and total spent aren't pulled from the meter and accurately displayed in the app for easy monitoring. Hope it is implemented soon for a great and an incomparable experience. Kudos👌🏾

This app is very easy to use and one can get power at any time provided you have enough funds on your momo account and data bundle. But my issue is it does not give the breakdown of the amount of power that one is paying for. More especially on service charges been paid for. The receipt is also not detailed enough
