Ratings and reviews

Flawed Software or Hardware, either way it's not great at what it's supposed to do. Can easily set up a tag but when I relaunch the app it tells me tag is disconnected, despite it being at most 6ft away from the phone. Are you really supposed to keep this open 24/7? I'll be deleting it soon and taking the fob off my keys unless I can cone to a working relationship with this ecosystem.

Horrible app... I had been given these tags as a gift and as soon as I force close background activity all mt tags keep beeping and it's driving me crazy!!! So many bugs... another thing, I can't seem to save or delete videos/photos within the app which I honestly thought using a tag was a great idea rather instead of using a Bluetooth button etc by clicking the button but in all seriousness, who developed this POS? It's an utter mess! 🤔🙄🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

For those who were unable to register on Android due to the bug with "over 6 characters for the password", as a workaround - the first time use an iOS-device to make the registration - it works without issues on iOS, and then login on Android and continue using it on Android.
