About this app

A professional application designed for Kronos Tyres teams. It is installed on mobile devices used at sporting events and in depots, and connects to the company's management system to record tire sales directly in the field.

Access is restricted to authorized personnel. A user account provided by Kronos Tyres and access to the company server are required; without these, the application has no usable functionality.

EVENT SALES
• Select the current event and view all associated customer orders
• Search for a customer by name, VAT number, phone number, or mobile number
• Create a customer record on-site, with VAT number verification via the European VIES service
• Open an existing order or start a new sale

TIRE SCANNING AND ENCODING
• Read labels with the terminal's integrated scanner
• Encode the serial number (FIA code) of each delivered tire
• Manage quantities for items without serial numbers
• Select the price and adjust discounts, with prices calculated by the management system
• Report missing items and backorders

CLOSING AND PAYMENT
• Amount due calculated by the management system, detailed eco-tax and deposit
• Payment with up to three payment methods
• Customer signature directly on screen
• Sending the delivery note by Email to the customer

FIELD WORK
• Local saving of the current sale: an interruption does not result in any data loss
• Resumption of the sale upon reopening the application
• Access to files saved on the device

The application contains no advertising or in-app purchases. Login credentials, customer and order data, as well as collected signatures, are transmitted only to the Kronos Tyres server for the sole purpose of recording sales.
