With the aim of improving the quality of services and equipment in the city of Reims, the "REIMS CONTACT signaling" mobile application is now available to report any anomaly or malfunction of equipment or infrastructure on the public highway in Reims.

A hole in the road, bulky items on the sidewalk, a lighting problem in a street, or even improper parking, the application allows you to quickly report this problem, by taking a photo of it and geolocating it through the app. This information is sent directly to the city's services so that the problem can be dealt with as soon as possible.

This service allows both a faster intervention on the part of the services, but also for the user, a follow-up of the processing of his request, from its consideration to the resolution of the problem.
