this has got to be the worst app. can't open the door when someone at the door. this has dramatically made everyone lives in building harder as we know have to go down to pick up any delivery as button to open door doesn't work. camera doesn't work, sound doesn't work. why would someone has to type the name instead of apt #? why, after searching for a name, it stays on for all to see for one min.

My wife and I purchased this system less than a year ago for our 24 hr gym facility. We have had a lot of issues since then. We have daily complaints from members not able to get to get in, and the only guidance from VIZpin is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Additionally, when we've tried to recently purchase additional key tokens their purchase function has crashed, leaving us in a precarious situation. THINK BEFORE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT!!

Hi Chris - Android users after Oct 14th may have had a bad URL that was cached in the app and deleting and redownloading the app was the proper resolution. It is a little better now, responds quicker and usually connects on the first or second attempt. The older versions, which were very slow, and often failed to connect to the door after 3-4 tries if you ever forgot to have location and Bluetooth already enabled ahead of time, before you opened the app. Ended up just using the spare door and the old key fob for six months. But Now it seems to work a little more seamlessly.
