VPN is required for providing seamless access to institutional subscribed eResources. With VPN, we are NOT monitoring all traffic of the app. The purpose of the VPN is to route traffic for the subscribed eResources domains securely through the MyLOFT’s servers which are specifically assigned for the subscribing Institution.
We, at MyLOFT, want to make sure we are transparent with our users about the need for VPN permission. You can also check the domains going through the VPN, by following the below-mentioned steps:
Go to the Profile screen on tapping the top logo
Click on Help

Unable to login with either the web browser or the Android app. Keeps saying "oops technical error" for the Android app and British Council doesn't even show up as an institute. For that matter NO INSTITUTE is available in the drop-down. Can't even access my conten. Feel like I wasted 2k and have been cheated of my money.

my loft is asking name of institution whereas i have registered as individual so do not know how to sort it pl guide. regards on log in criteria it asked the name of institution whereas i have registered myself as individual only pl let me know how to sort it out. regards

I like the app very much in terms of response it is quick and efficient. The only thing I dislike is some Pdf are unavailable in English. The App is very usable 🔥
