(3) Dispatching - this allows checking for available vehicles to match the request of the clients and assigning them until actual dispatch.
(4) Viewing of Profiles and Schedules of Vehicles and Crews - this provides real-time updates on the availability of the vehicles and the crews as well as their detailed profiles.
