This app helps the technicians perform the following:

1. Login to the IM tool

2. Raise a dispatch related query using Log Request Option

3. He also has an option to view history of Jobs assigned to him.

4. Other options include - Update Profile, Broadcast Message, IM Status and Leadership Approval

Still unusable on Android 13- 16. The app crashes constantly and fails to deliver notifications. As of September 17, 2024, it's still unreliable. Some dispatchers end chats abruptly without providing any help. If you don't respond within 10 seconds, they disconnect-completely ignoring the fact that we're out in the field, actively working. Waiting 3 to 20 minutes for a response is unreasonable. Update: 6/12/2026: No improvement with Android 15 or 16. This app remains a complete failure

Buttons don't work correctly. Constantly having to close and reopen app. Dispatchers close IM before work is completed.

This app always crash! The notification feature don't work. You to keep opening and closing the app all day. Worse app ever
