About this app

This app helps the technicians perform the following:

1. Login to the IM tool

2. Raise a dispatch related query using Log Request Option

3. He also has an option to view history of Jobs assigned to him.

4. Other options include - Update Profile, Broadcast Message, IM Status and Leadership Approval

Ratings and reviews

Dispatchers are closing chats without waiting for technicians to respond. This is ridiculous and causes us to waste valuable time. The app itself is also a major part of the problem—it does not reliably send notifications, and technicians cannot be expected to sit for 30–40 minutes doing nothing with the chat constantly open, draining our phone batteries while waiting for a dispatcher to respond. Then, after we've waited all that time, the chat gets closed because we didn't respond immediately.

Buttons don't work correctly. Constantly having to close and reopen app. Dispatchers close IM before work is completed.

This app always crash! The notification feature don't work. You to keep opening and closing the app all day. Worse app ever
