Slow, some call don't go through and sometime log you out and ask to reset password. It is worst option for urgent calls. "Hello, this is Clarus. Please stay in the line while connecting you. " No comments

Poor voice to text. Virtually never gets the patient name or date of birth correct. Creates extra work in terms of having to write down name and date of birth of oatient so I can then access them in ehr

I've lost the ability to see the call calendar. I'm missing the menu options at the bottom of the screen in the app
