Ratings and reviews

PLEASE BEWARE: I have been charged twice since the start and I want on the app to get help and I say this; Purchases & Payments I was charged twice. How do I get a refund? Submit a refund request through the App Store or Google Play, we don't handle refund requests directly. Yes, they know about the issue but they are saying its not their problem or fault. HUMPH 9.99 X2 IS ALOT FOR 1 APP IN THIS DAY AND AGE

I have been trying to cancel the app. They won't allow you to cancel. This needs to be shut down.Bad buisness practice. They make it very easy to sighn up but you really cannot cancel that's crazy

I bought the weekly option. From the very beginning it kept trying to get me to pay again with every story after 5 episodes. It would not link my already purchased membership to the app I downloaded.
