I have to play to use the app damn you...5,000 are you KIDDING I thought at first it would be a good app but now I don't think so fix this issue of paying to use the app

Have used app for years, but I can no longer listen to ANY of my recordings and what should have been AUTOMATIC UPLOADS to my gdrive shows nothing backed-up for months yet payments continue to be made automatically. Cannot call Customer Service as they are in Vietnam :-(

Ever since the update which changes everything. I hate the pop-up ads. I can no longer hear the recording when turning off my phone. Have to be on the app to hear and can't multi task. (You can't hear the recording while you're not in the app.) It does look neat but just took 2 steps back in functionality.
