Ratings and reviews

Clunky and inefficient - the amount of clicks required to simply change the temperature of a thermostat is inordinate. The fact that they are not grouped at all makes using the app wildly laborious. It's clear that unfortunately, ecobee doesn't care much about their smart buildings platform. While helpful, it's outdated and incredibly clunky.

I'm assuming the people who can't sign in are using the wrong app, this one is for commercial management only. Way better and faster than the old EMS app. It definitely needs to be able to filter thermostats by tags, major flaw. Fix that and 5 stars. Other than that I like it better.

This is a terrible app. I can't do much with it, other than adjust temperature. I can't even turn the furnace fan to run to circulate air. Plenty of opportunity to make this app useful.
