Adding NFC for mobile devices and others such as smart-watches would make it faster and safer. It's generally faster than USSD, and the only issue is the occasional glitch dicatindicates es biometrics are not supported on the latest models and holding on to old details on the platform when a user registers for a new number with the occasional message saying so.

Good app. You need to inform me about the balance after sending money through the app, in the app, just like the SMS we recieve. Also, on history, the breakdown of service charge and tax etc is showing zeros. Please fix that

I downloaded the app on a new phone then tried to login but the problem is, I cannot put the OTP. The OTP screen somehow "dead" cause I'm clicking in the boxes so that I can input the PIN but it's not working.
