Ratings and reviews

I love the people who work at Eco and have had an account with them for about 15 years. I can't say the same about this app. It doesn't provide many things my other bank or any larger banks offer. It lets you know your balance, make internal transfers, and Zelle, but that's all. It doesn't allow you to see your transactions much less label them, make external transfers, turn your card off, see copies of checks, or any of the other stuff many other banking apps offer

The app is pretty nice! My only constructive criticism is the deposit part. After taking the picture for deposits, sometimes the app just hangs on "hold still" and will not stop. I even put the camera on a brace to make sure the movement was not causing this hang.

UPDATE Finally, they have now added a running balance to the app its only taken 2 years. There's still a delay in posting withdrawals, especially over weekends. It doesn't give you a running balance on your accounts. Better just to go to the website
