The pickup is done by our verified executives who use ISO-marked digital weighing scales and pay you a fair amount for your recyclables according to the rates which are regularly updated on our mobile app.

pathetic service. took the stuff and say money will be reflecting in 5 mins and then money doesn't arrive and they never respond back. A few yeara ago they had a good service and experience..not anymore..I waited for 6 hrs for the crew to arrive...after I complained at the end of the day they assigned someone else. he took the stuff and never paid the money. after some research found out that many are facing this issue. look for local vendors. I am pissed at the amount of time I wasted for this.

Excellent initiave. I have been recycling with Ecocrew from the past two years and multiple pickups later, I have never faced any issue. The pickup booking process is seamless, agents arrive on time, clearance happens in minutes and payment is credited instantly. I hope more people actively take up recycling with Ecocrew and they become a household name.

The app is intuitive and hence easy to use. Easy to track pickups and get details about the weight and cost of each category we gave away. only concern is that the pickup timings weren't kept. they picked up late.
