Selling your recyclables not only earns you money but also helps contribute to a clean and green environment. Plus it provides eco coins for each pickup they complete. Which can be used to purchase things from their in-app eco-store, where users can find eco-friendly alternatives to their everyday use products.

The pickup is done by our verified executives who use ISO-marked digital weighing scales and pay you a fair amount for your recyclables according to the rates which are regularly updated on our mobile app.

worst service. delivery guys don't come at assigned slots and often cancel before the slot time finishes. they don't even adjust. my slot was from 3 to 7, I missed their calls and they cancelled my slot before 7 pm. they could have come around before 7 but they did not. before this i had an issue where I waited for a long time for pick up to happened and then didn't show up , no phone calls, I had to call them several times and they come after 2-3 days, there is no customer service number as wel

Used to love Ecocrew and recommended it to many people. But it's become increasingly unreliable. Pick ups almost never happen on time and sometimes, not for days. The worst part is, no one informs of delays, you need to follow up multiple times, and often, there's no response from customer care and their pick up crew. I understand this is a small business and hard to scale, but they should consider charging a fee and functioning more reliably.

Used to be really good when they started but operational issues are clearly visible after a while. The pick up dates are hard to get, once scheduled the pick up team does not come. The calls do not go through and it is always delayed now by atleast 2 days if not more. Used to love this for reliability and convenience, but none of it works anymore.
