About this app

Ecodaire is the official app for managing air conditioning and HVAC equipment maintenance, designed for Ecodaire technicians and customers.

FOR TECHNICIANS
- View your assigned maintenance tasks, filter by status (scheduled, in progress, under review, completed), and search by customer, location, or equipment.

- Complete the service form directly from your mobile phone: cleaning checklist, mechanical inspection and air distribution, electrical and pressure measurements, and service observations.

- Attach photos of the work performed (condenser, air handler, pipe connections) using your camera or from your gallery.

- Save the report as a draft and submit it for review when complete; the system validates that no information is missing before submitting.

- Organize your work documents and those of your assistants in folders: ID, social security (EPS), ARL, and other certificates are backed up and available at any time.

FOR CUSTOMERS
- Check the status of your equipment and its scheduled maintenance.

- Review service reports generated by the technician, including photographic evidence.

- Create support requests (tickets) as needed.
