About this app

The flex App uses your food item and shelf life information to automatically calculate when foods should be discarded. The app supports:

• Printing of single labels
• Printing batches of labels
• Reprinting previously printed labels to preserve the original “prep” time and calculated “use by” information.
• Food rotation, nutrition, ingredient, tamper-evident and grab ‘n go label formats

Worst update ever. We use this at my job and things now take 3 times longer then before. It's 10x slower, you can't view it sideways, it prints extra random labels, it always sends you back to the main page after you print 1 item, please revert back to the old version this one sucks! Nice update, everything is 5x harder and laggier thanks for making our jobs harder. Embarrassing, no way this was tested before release.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. the old one was perfect, quick, efficient. This is a laggy, buggy substitute. I have yet to get a single label from it without having to restart. yet to be able to log in without restarting. nothing wrong with the old one. Zero stars, obviously.

Bought the printer recently to be used in conjunction with the app on my phone...feel like I purchased a $300 paper weight. The printer and phone, although connected through Bluetooth, cannot be paired in the app itself so I cannot use it. I have been on the phone with techs multiple times and still no resolution. Will update if it ever syncs up and works.
