Ratings and reviews

Bug is not fixed for Android users and we have not been able to log on to book a ride on the app, so you have to call instead and that is really, really inconvenient. This is been going on for months now. I have emailed and called and I feel very ignored about fixing this. So please hurry up!

Update 4-28-24: App has been subpar for a few months. It's a sad state of tech affairs when an app continues to be ineffective or non-operational. There's no acceptable excuse. Remove the app to avoid being downloaded. Customers have the reasonable expectation for apps to work as advertised. ---- 2-2-24 For several days, the app has not worked. Unable to login, which impacts making reservations, monitoring trips, and estimated arrivals. This is horribly inconvenient and impacts users' time.

it's ok but has some issues with the time and scheduling, and the support email address given apparently doesn't exist. good if you prefer not to schedule over the phone, though you do need to make one initial call to set up your account.

Bug fixes and improvements:
1) Added the ability to quickly book a trip via a “Book Now” button.
2) Resolved issues with booking trips at certain times, as well as with the minimum advance booking time not being returned to the mobile apps in any Mobile APIs.
3) Resolved issue where app was crashing when opening the map during trip booking.
4) Added the ability to book a trip using deeplink attributes.
