RTD Van Go, transportation that’s a work of art! This San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) app will connect you with easy, affordable ways to get around in San Joaquin County.

This connected service combines vans and free transfers to buses to continue longer trips. Unlike some other transportation options, RTD Van Go! will even pick up passengers in rural San Joaquin County.

Every RTD Van Go! vehicle is wheelchair accessible and Van Go! drivers are trained, licensed, and fully prepared to help with accessibility needs.

Terrible app. You can't book any trips whatsoever. Every time I try, no matter when or where, even if I do it for exactly 48 hours later, it says that there aren't goingnto be any rides available. Uber and Lfyt may be more expensive, but at least they're reliable and willing to actually give you the ride you need.

I've been on hold with V.G. for 1 hour & 20 minutes so far. ***THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE CARD PAYMENT METHOD THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.*** The app is not charging cards correctly. That left me with a balance, which led to me being on hold for over an hour. The app also won't let me add another card payment method, so that has to be fixed as well. This has caused you to miss out on 1 ride so far. & If the card payment issue isn't fixed, I won't be able to use this service or pay the - balance.

Thankful for Van Go! But... It would be very simple to have this app Remember your home address so you don't have to input it every time you make a reservation to go someplace. It would also be a simple thing to have it remember any special notes for the driver, and places where you go frequently so you can just click on your choices Also it would be helpful 2 know when you should be picked up if you have to get some place at a certain time, like a doctor's appointment

1) Resolved issue where app was crashing when switching between Details
and Trips screens.
2) Resolved issue where push notifications were not working properly.
3) Updated the help text for the Ride Purpose drop-down.
4) Resolved issue where common locations are displayed as pick-up/drop-off
