The information and updates service on the application is slow, more expensive deliveries than other competitors, etc. And why is the payment made only with two very unnecessary options, where either the online banking payment is made complicated, can't verify the payment due to system crashes. Also the other option is terrible as well, since you'd have to install another app. As if I want another app to use this terrible service. If you were decent enough, you could add a Google pay option.

App still has more work to make it good. For instance, it is clear that they use the same code for the iOS app since the back button exits the app instead of going back to the prevois screen. For example: Open app>tap on a delivery>tap the back button(the android system button, not the one on the top right) > app exited

Rating the service, because I couldn't register at all. The verification mail never came. I called the client service, they also tried to solve the issue without success. They removed the POS terminals at the automats and force the clients to register in one of their apps. As much as I didn't want to, I installed the app to be able to take my package. Now I have to go to an office to pay there and after that I will be able to get my package out of the automat. Thank you for the service!
