With the Econt application, you can easily manage your shipments and find everything you need in one place.

What's new?
We have added a QR code to the consignment notes in the application for faster and easier service at an Econt office.

We have integrated our virtual assistant Ena in the Contact Us menu to help when needed, leaving the option to separately submit a bug or recommendation in the app.

New functionalities in Prepare shipment:
- Added option for payer when returning a shipment.
- Added recipient address verification with the ability to redirect to an office or change location if necessary.
- Added possibility to add electronic inventory of shipments for legal entities.

We increased the number of digits for shipments to three digits on the home screen for greater convenience.

Ratings and reviews

Complicated app service, more expensive deliveries than other competitors, app crashes etc. And why is the payment made only with two very unnecessary options, where either the online banking payment is made complicated, can't verify the payment due to system crashes. Also the other option is terrible as well, since you'd have to install another app. As if I want another app to use this terrible service. If you were decent enough, you could add a Google pay option.

Box+app services are very bad. Deliveries are delayed or sent to a random office without any notification. And then in the office they ask for ID card instead of the codes from their own messages...

I cannot create a shippment through the app. It was working fine on iOS and when I switched to android it was not working. When I go to the package description page the app stays on the loading screen and then crashes.
