eProject is the app that allows to manage projects and timesheet in few simple steps.
The app addresses to multinationals, SMEs, offices and microenterprises, giving them the chance to record the worked hours on activity in a daily Timesheet model. eProject besides the main characteristic of recording on Timesheet the actual worked hours on project activities, integrates also the possibility to send time off and absences request, in order to allow the company to have their employees precise situation always under control and in real time.
The eProject features are:
Absence request recording:
- It allows to add holidays and time off requests by using a company definable causals list for the different types of employees;
- Requests real time synchronisation and user notification about the approval status;
- It communicates every employee holidays residuals situation and the current and planned time off residuals;
- It controls continually and in real time calendars and holidays plans, also for project groups, working teams and activities or tasks.
- It allows the employees to record the working hours on activity everywhere defined by the company and allocated to the employees;
- The activity list can be obtained also from possible company systems that are already in place;
- Actual working hours can be used by the back-end features which have a complete economic analysis and project control management, extracted as normal xls or sent automatically to other control and administrative systems;
- It allows to add besides the regular hours also the extra hours worked on project.
The app can be integrated with the EcosAgile suite cloud software, Project & Timesheet, to which all the information are sent in real time, useful to send data for the Administrative department and for the Payroll compilation.
eProject can also be used with the systems that are already in place in your company from which it is able to obtain and integrate the information, useful to show the employee the absences requests and the timesheet records made on your current system in order to have always the complete situation in your hand.
