If you're having trouble connecting, make sure your wifi id is broadcasting and isn't hidden. The app works great in my opinion, as does my Deebot 907. The only feature I'd like is the ability to pause the robot from the app, like you can with the "Ecovacs Home" app I used previous to this one. It's not a big deal because you can pause it with the "auto" button on the robot, if you can catch it! Deebot is something I didn't know I needed until I got it, now I can't live without it. I love it!

love the fact that i can control everything right from the app and don't need separate devices or magnetic strips to create "no go" zones, like some other vacs. the only thing missing is the ability to select two zones and merge them to one zone, and the ability to draw a line to split a large zone into two smaller zones. this would be extremely helpful for when the software doesn't seperate rooms 100% correctly on

What's going on. I have 'added' the Deebot Ozmo 920 to the app (done it like 5 times) but the robot is not appearing in the app. The app says it has bee completed the setup and the WIFi indicator on the robot is solid white but for some reason it is not appearing in the app. Really weird... this will be a deal breaker for me and may consider returning the robot back. Unbelievable!
