Your credit is key to gaining access to the best offers available from the mainstream financial ecosystem. LiftLocker is your digital financial assistant that guides you on your lifelong journey of leveraging your credit to qualify for the best offers available to you.

Organize in one place:
Your LiftLocker dashboard summarizes important financial information from all your financial accounts such as: credit score, budgeting, spending analysis, account balances, transactions, net worth, and cash flow analysis.

Education:
Access to hundreds of articles and videos that help explain the complexities of the financial services industry. This includes credit cards, auto loans, home loans and everything in between.

Budgeting:
Establish goals for an emergency fund, buying a car, savings, vacation, college, buying a home or any other financial need that you have. Tie your spending to your budgets with alerts that keep you on track.

Credit Building:
LiftLocker includes the ability to report your phone and utility accounts to TransUnion to build a better credit score. This is helpful if you are new to credit or have a credit report with a limited amount of information.

Free Credit Score, Report and Monitoring:
Your credit score and credit report are available at your fingertips at no additional charge. Get alerts to let you know if anything changed in your credit report and lock your credit reports at all three national credit bureaus to help prevent Identity Theft. Use TransUnion’s CreditCompass® to get specific advice on how to manage your credit life. The VantageScore® Simulator helps you understand how decisions you make can impact your credit score.

Prepare:
Life is one long series of credit journeys. Your LiftLocker will help you prepare for each of these journeys whether it is applying for a credit card, student loan, auto loan, or even a home loan. LiftLocker guides you through the homebuying process starting with budgeting for a down payment, building reserves for home ownership, building or improving your credit score, managing your debt-to-income ratio to make sure you can qualify for a mortgage. There is a calculator that helps you understand how much home you can realistically afford, and a readiness assessment tool that shows you the steps you need to take to be ready to apply and close on a mortgage.

Search Properties:
Looking for your first home? Want to move up, or downsize? Use your LiftLocker to search local and nationwide real estate listings. Find homes that match what you can afford. See open houses, customize searches, favorite properties you like and save your searches.

Store and Share:
LiftLocker includes a secure document vault that allows you to store documents you may eventually want to share with a financial institution. Financial statements, insurance documents, W-2’s, property title deeds and any other information you may need to share can be stored and shared under your control. And of course, all the data is encrypted so your your sensitive information is protected. When you are ready to move forward with a financial transaction, you choose the documents to share with your financial institution.

Ratings and reviews

The whole platform isn't worth using at all. Paid for ecredable plus lift locker and the lift locker says my username and password is wrong but right for ecredable. You also have to start your account from a browser because it asks for a code the second you get into the app. It won't validate any of the accounts I have and will just timeout. The experian platform is better and much more seamless, but that doesn't do you a whole lot of good for transunion.

I don't know if this works. I can't use the app. When trying to create an account, it asks for an 'invitation code' but doesn't explain how to get such a code. I even tried emailing support on January 30th but I have yet to receive any kind of response.

This app does not work...Period
